The moment we have all been waiting for has finally been announced. A total of 17 teams will participate at this years ASUS Summer Tournament.
The teams have been drawn into four groups. The only benefit is that Group D will hold 5 teams, while the remaining three Groups; only 4 teams.
Group A: Frag eXecutors, Virtus.pro, Headache, fbgaming Group B: DTS, a2g, Fear Factory, upro Legends Group C: Lions, KerchNET, Just, Ultimo Group D: Natus Vincere, Storm, Burn, gabLine and Rigid
There will be an active point system at the Event. Since the Brackets are Best-Of-Three maps, the team who wins 2 maps will receive (3 points,) however, If the opposing team wins one map - they will be given 1 point.

The Gather-Network Anti-Cheat Team is once again searching for active members willing to join the team in order to help improve the quality of the network by getting rid of cheaters. In order to catch day-by-day cheaters we need active people which have both time and commitment, if you're just interested in the position you'd better stop reading now. If you think you have what it takes to be a member of our Anti-Cheat staff, keep reading below as you'll find out all the details on how to apply.
The ideal candidate will have to meet the following requirements:
Experience in the Gather-Network (at least 2 months or 150 gathers played in total)
Experience in the game so you can recognize a cheater from a skilled player
Time to review at least 1 demo per day or at least 7 hours of work per week
Commitment to the team
What does the role involve?
You will be required to review demos sent in by our community and make a decision based on your own judgement whether or not you think the particular user cheats. You would also request unbans for users who have uploaded their demos and also ban users who have outstanding no-demo reports. On top of this you are required to idle in our help channel and assist users with all of their needs.
What will you receive in exchange for your work?
After you've become a full-time AC-Team member you will receive unlimited Premium Membership on the Gather-Network.

The groups for the G2L Season 5 LAN finals are drawn and only 12 teams will have the honour to battle out.
The event will kick off in Bucharest, Romania at 13 August with a lot of prizes. Only 12 teams succeeded to qualify to the finals from total of 160 teams.
On Saturday you can enjoy the event, starting with group stage where only top 2 teams will advance to the playoffs on best of one mode with double elimination playoffs.
The Global Challenged began this Afternoon at 14:00 CET with a Total of 63 teams. As we saw in the previous qualifer their were only 32 teams. Great improvment!
The only difference in the 2nd Qualifier is the first 2 Rounds were a Best-of-One mode.
